Outbound Sales Specialist
Remote Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Outbound Sales Specialist to own our email prospecting engine. Your mission is simple: identify high-value targets, craft compelling email sequences, and turn cold contacts into warm introductory meetings. You’ll be living in Zoho CRM, managing workflows, and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Build and deploy targeted email sequences aimed at language influencers and educators.
Zoho Mastery: Maintain a clean pipeline within Zoho CRM, ensuring all activity, follow-ups, and lead statuses are updated in real-time.
Copywriting: Write and A/B test email subject lines and body copy that cut through the noise and drive clicks.
Lead Research: Find and verify decision-makers and book an initial meeting with our team.
Compensation
This is a commission based position
Compensation is on a per-lead basis - (estimated $100 - $5,000+ per lead based on deal size)
$25 per meeting booked
$75 advance on 8% of deal revenue at contract*
*8% of deal revenue for 12 months
Required Skills & Experience
Must have studied or taught at least one foreign language
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with a CRM helpful, but not required
