Job Opportunities

VLOG/Comprehensible Input videos

We're looking for content creators who can make simple videos about daily life using basic language. The videos must have high-quality audio and video with a basic level of professionalism.

  • Clean, Professional Audio: Crisp, clear dialogue with zero background hiss, room echo, or wind noise. Audio must be properly leveled (dialogue balanced between -12dB and -6dB) using dedicated microphones (lavalier or shotgun)—no onboard camera mic audio.
  • Stable, Fluid Videography: Fully stabilized footage. Handheld or movement shots must be captured using a gimbal, tripod, or sensor stabilization with post-production smoothing applied where needed. No unwanted camera shake.
  • Proper Lighting & Exposure: Clean, balanced lighting with correct exposure (no blown-out highlights or muddy, dark shadows). Subjects must be clearly lit with natural skin tones and accurate white balance.
  • Technical Output: 1080p or 4K resolution at 30fps, color-graded for a crisp, natural look
  • Editing: A basic rough edit. No mispronounced words or duplicate line reads.

We're looking for videos the following languages:

  • English (Midwest USA/broadcast standard)
  • Japanese (Tokyo Accent)
  • Mandarin Chinese
  • Spanish (Central/South America Accent preferred)
  • Thai (Central/Bangkok Accent)

Videos of 8-15 minutes will be posted on Emurse, YouTube and other places on social media. The vlogs should engage with the viewers by asking questions and contain a few chippable moments that could be turned into shorts.

To apply, please submit a link to a short video that best matches the style we're looking for. You can provide additional examples in the message text box. Please include rate information and availability there too.

If selected, I would like us to work on 5-10 videos together over the course of several weeks and potentially longer. Delivery timetable is flexible. Payment via PayPal, or another electronic payment processor.
